Overview

What this service is — and isn't.

Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university-qualified allied health professionals trained to prescribe exercise as a clinical intervention. At SOS, every program starts with a thorough assessment so what you do in the gym actually matches what's going on in your body and your week.

Whether you're managing pain, rehabilitating from surgery, working around a chronic condition or chasing a performance goal, the same principles apply: assess accurately, dose appropriately, progress deliberately, and review honestly. We work one-on-one in a private, fully equipped studio in Brunswick East.

We're independent — no shift quotas, no upsells — and we coordinate with your GP, surgeon, physio or coach when it helps. The goal is always the same: leave you stronger, more confident, and less reliant on the clinic.
