Overview

What this service is — and isn't.

Surgery is only the first step — the outcome depends almost entirely on the rehab that follows. Strength, range and confidence don't return on their own; they have to be progressively re-built with the right exercises at the right time.

We rehab clients after joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder), ACL and other ligament reconstructions, rotator cuff repairs and spinal surgery. Every program respects your surgeon's protocol and timelines, with regular objective testing so we know we're tracking.

Where helpful, we communicate directly with your surgeon and physio so the whole team is aligned on the plan.
