Overview

What this service is — and isn't.

Most musculoskeletal complaints don't resolve with rest alone — they need the right load, applied at the right time, over enough weeks to actually adapt the tissue. That's the heart of MSK rehab: a clear diagnosis-informed plan and the discipline to follow it.

We commonly see lower back pain, rotator cuff and shoulder issues, hip and knee pain, tendinopathies and post-injury deconditioning. Many clients come to us after physio when they're ready to load heavier, or alongside physio when collaborative care speeds things up.

Programs are reassessed regularly so we can prove the progress — strength, range, pain behaviour and the activities you actually want back.
