Overview
What this service is — and isn't.
Strength and conditioning at SOS is the bridge between finishing rehab and actually performing — whether that's chasing a marathon PB, getting back to your sport, or simply being a strong, capable human into your 60s, 70s and beyond.
Programs are periodised around your goal and your calendar, with movement coaching, objective testing and clear progressions. We won't write you a generic spreadsheet — what you do is what suits you.
Sessions can be fully coached one-on-one, hybrid (some coached, some self-directed with weekly check-ins), or remote programming if you prefer to train elsewhere.
