Overview

What this service is — and isn't.

Exercise prescribed by an AEP has Level A evidence for managing type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, osteoporosis and many other chronic conditions. The trick is dosing it correctly around your medications, history and capacity.

We start with a thorough health screen, then build a program you can actually sustain — gradually increasing volume and intensity as your body adapts. Sessions are calm, supervised and judgement-free.

With your consent, we communicate with your GP so your exercise plan complements the rest of your care.
