Overview

What this service is — and isn't.

For clients who genuinely can't get to the clinic — post-surgery, NDIS participants, aged care residents, or anyone recovering at home — we bring the program to you.

Home visits are about practicality. We assess your environment, work with what you have, and design a program that's actually doable in your space. Small equipment travels with us.

Family members and support workers are welcome to be involved — particularly if they'll be supporting the program between sessions.
